Terrace McCaffery, CPA

Terrance is a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, holding multiple leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, SVP of Finance, and International Controller. As Controller, he supported 3,500 employees in 52 international locations.

Terrance most recently served as the VP of Accounting for a rapid growth SaaS company. Terrance focuses on implementing operational and accounting systems to scale businesses effectively to allow the organization to focus on executing its mission.

He has passion for helping small businesses succeed and preparing his clients for the next chapter of their journey whether that be rapid organic growth, private investment, IPO, acquisition, or stabilization of processes.
